Mac is a man of integrity and honor, and that made him walk away from Noah. There are many secrets yet to be uncovered, there is still a need for revenge and Noah is ready. He became confident, strong and loyal to his new family. He turned his traumatic past and his rage into a lethal weapon that made a difference in the world. During their first meeting they create a bond that puts them on the path of love but it will take time, some serious growing up and soul-searching for these two men to finally be happy. I read it in one swoop, just could not put it down, and that does not happened all that often.īoth Noah and Mac are very likeable and approachable. I love the stories where MCs reunite after some passage of time, so this one was just what the doctor ordered. The book was fast-paced with diverse characters both MC and secondary, the writing style was fresh and easy to read, the editing was good too. I only just now found out that this is a debut novel by this author, so I am doubly impressed.
